Our Laudato Leaders are inspired by Pope Francis' message to care for the common home.
Our Laudato Leaders, led by Mrs Haughton, meet regularly and encourage us to do all that we can to be environmentally friendly.
The group have carried out a range of initiatives and projects to ensure that we care for our common home including:-
- Litter picking in our Local Area
- Exploring and engaging with our school environment.
- Collecting natural materials to make self portraits.
- Visiting a local nature garden as part the School of Sanctuary.
- Making posters to encourage everyone to be more environmentally friendly.
- Led assemblies on caring for the Common Home.
- Acting as ambassadors to encourage others to care for the Common Home.
